Today we honor Phyllis McAllister with the Philadelphia Fire Department whose LODD was 2/24/1991.
Firefighter Phyllis McAllister, age 43, of the Philadelphia Fire Department died after becoming trapped while performing ventilation during a fire at One Meridian Plaza on February 24, 1991.
