Today we honor John Heidish with the Penn Hills#1 Lincoln Park Fire Department whose LODD was 3/16/1981.
Fireman Heidish was killed when he was trapped in an explosion of flames and smoke while operating at a fire in a two-story brick home at 8060 Chaske Street.
